It comes integrated with Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Zendesk out of the box, but it can also integrate natively with Magento and BigCommerce. The application is constantly updated, so new integrations will likely be added. At the moment, some integrations are lacking, such as with Salesforce, though the active development team may add it in a future update.

User experience and support

Verified Reviews is a cloud-based platform, which means you can access it anytime and anywhere. Unfortunately, it has no native mobile app, although you can still use its features using the mobile applications that it integrates with.

On the UI side, the software has an intuitive interface that can you can set up in less than an hour using a simple widget on your website. The application itself uses a centralized dashboard where you can see your total reviews or reviews in a certain time frame, moderate pending reviews, and perform mediation on outstanding negative feedback.

You can do all this in one common “moderation area”, from where you can see order details and the customer’s purchase history. You can also customize your email delivery, content, and forms and create your Verified Reviews certificate and seal through the application’s various tools.

A common opinion of its user base is that the app changes its layout every now and then. These changes are minor, however, such as button or link placements. It’s also an indicator that its developers are constantly updating it with new features.

The flexibility of these plans means you only need to pay for the package that suits the volume of your customer purchases, and then scale up as needed. Verified Reviews also includes an easy cancelation procedure if you think the service is not benefiting you as well as you think it should.
